Dr. Peter Schlegel, MD


Dr. Peter SchlegelDr. Peter Schlegel is the E. Darracott Vaughan, Jr., M.D. Senior Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs, James J. Colt Professor and Chairman of the Department of Urology at Weill Cornell Medicine and Urologist-in-Chief at NYP/Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Early in his career, Dr. Peter Schlegel worked with pioneers in the field of urology and male reproductive function, Dr. Fray Marshall and Dr. Patrick Walsh at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. As a resident, Dr. Schlegel established some of the anatomical basis that was necessary to develop the contemporary procedures of radical prostatectomy and radical cystectomy that are used to cure localized prostate and bladder cancer. Dr. Eli Coleman, PhD


Dr. Eli Coleman is an American sexologist. He is the director of Program in Human Sexuality at the University of Minnesota, and a professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. In 2007, he was appointed Chair of Sexual Health at the Minnesota School of Medicine. He has published studies on sexual orientation, sexual dysfunction and sexual addiction, gender dysphoria, and sex offenders.

Eli Coleman is the founder and current editor of the International Journal of Sexual Health (formerly the Journal of Psychology and Human Sexuality). He was also the founder and editor of the International Journal of Transgenderism.

He is one of the past presidents of the Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality, the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, the World Association for Sexual Health, and the International Academy of Sex Research. In 2013, he became president of the Society for Sex Therapy and Research.


Dr. Debby Herbenick, Ph.D, MPH


Dr. Debby HerbenickDr. Debby Herbenick is an American author, research assistant, sex educator, sex columnist, children’s book author, blogger, TV personality, professor and human sexuality expert in the media. She is also the 2016-2018 President of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). Herbenick is also an AASECT-certified sexuality educator.

Dr. Debby Herbenick has more than 100 scientific manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals and is one of the leading experts in the study of sexual behavior in the United States. She is also an expert in research related to sexuality related to the pregnancy / postpartum period, as well as studies of vulvar and vaginal health, genital self-image, women’s and men’s sexual behavior, sexuality of women, sexual desire and improvement, exercise – induced orgasm – also known as the coregasm, condoms, lubricants, arousal creams and sexual enhancement products. Dr. Debby Herbenick has spoken at a number of colleges, universities and national and international conferences on these and other sexuality and relationship issues. She also regularly teaches human sexuality classes, including courses, at Indiana University.


Dr. Steven Lamm, MD


Dr. Steven LammDr. Steven Lamm a graduate of Columbia University and New York University School of Medicine, is an internist with a private medical practice in New York City. In addition, he is a panel physician for the New York State Athletic Commission. Dr. Steven Lamm regularly offers his analyses and comments on a wide variety of health- and medical-related topics on television and radio, including Oprah and Lifetime Today.

Dr. Steven Lamm is active in clinical research and has served as an investigator for several sexual medicine studies. Steven Lamm is also a popular lecturer, an educator of doctors, and a visiting professor for numerous pharmaceutical companies.

As the medical director of NYU Langone’s Preston Robert Tisch Center for Men’s Health, I mostly treat men who have all types of conditions, though I treat women as well. I maintain an ongoing partnership with my patients, so I can coach them in taking a more active role in their healthcare.


Pedro Nobre, PhD


Pedro NobrePedro Nobre is currently President of the World Association for Sexual Health and Professor of Psychology at Porto University. Pedro Nobre is also Director of the Doctoral Program in Human Sexuality and Coordinator of the Laboratory for Research in Human Sexuality at Porto University as well as Research Fellow at the Kinsey Institute (USA).
Pedro Nobre is Past-President of the Portuguese Society of Clinical Sexology (2008-2011) and was President of the Organizing Committee of the 10th Congress of the European Federation of Sexology (2010) and Co-chair of the IASR meeting in 2012.
